Persiapan sebelum anda datang ke klinik:
(A) Sila bawa bersama “BUKU REKOD RAWATAN JEMAAH HAJI” dengan maklumat yang telah diisi lengkap oleh para jemaah.
(B) Berpuasa 12 jam sebelum datang untuk mengambil darah di klinik kami.
(C) Datang seawal jam 9 pagi (first come, first serve).
(D) Langkah – langkah pemeriksaan jemaah haji:
(1) Pertama:
- Ambil ujian darah, X-RAY (dada) & ECG (jantung)
(2) Kedua: Konsultasi bersama doktor:
- Ujian fizikal kesihatan
- Bacaan keputusan darah , ECG & XRAY
- Vaksinasi lengkap (MENINGOCOCCAL, PNEUMOCOCCAL, INFLUENZA)
(3) Akhir sekali: Jika para Jemaah Haji lulus:
- Doktor & staff kami akan melengkapkan buku rekod rawatan dan juga maklumat penting di dalam sistem Tabung Haji.
